Just curious if anyone has any opinions. Is it worth getting our credentials verified by this institution?

or is it just a pointless money grab?

thanks

FCVS : Federal Credential Verification service. IMO, it is very useful. Everytime you need a licence, you don't have to go thro the whole process of licensure and the time saved would be immense. My wife, got her AZ license in 2 weeks!

SO when should you begin the FCVS application?

During residency? After you take your step 3?

Or when you've graduated from residency?

thanks

Usually you apply just a few months before you start applying for your licensure like in the third year of your residency

is it a disadvantage to have begun an application for FCVS when you apply to take your step 3 exam?

now will i have to apply for the fcvs again when in my final year of residency?
