Does anyone have information on the "limitations" facing a 5th pathway grad as opposed to a grad with ECFMG certification? I haven't found any concrete info on this topic, but have seen that in some post-residency training programs, only graduation from US/Can schools or ECFMG accred. is approved for application. Does this exclude 5th pathway grads? Can you become eligable for US residency, then complete it, only to find that your 5th pathway certificate limits where you can practice and what hospitals you can obtain fellowships at? confused....
