I just finish my exam and this are my cases

1. Angina, stable
2. DM/UTI - Patient was lethargic. be sure to do accucheck first if you would be giving the cocktail. results for accucheck is 1min while the stat glucose in BMP is 30min.
3. Cardiac Tamponade. patient was on MVA
4. sickle cell - Peds patient with chest apin, arm pain and fever wiht hx of SC
5 Domestic abuse
6. RSV
7. Renal failure -
8. Vaginal discharge
9. Perforated viscus - + air under diaprgm on AXR

Be sure to be aware about ur location during the patient encounter, practice transfrring patients from office-ER-ward or ICU. you can encounter unstble patients in your office. I had trouble with this becasue i thaught the location was ER.

I hope this will help. This forum surely gave me great help. thank you so much guys for your contributions.
