this stuff is specific to IMG's and FMG's. There is a list of disapproved schools, which st. chris is not on I am happy to say, but there are many complicated sections. I am unable to find to section that states NO IMG's can get licensed, maybe someone can help me

I just got an email back from Pat Park (Foreign Schools Liaison, Medical Board of California) and she said that University of Sydney is approved, for all who were interested.
