A lesion that completely cuts the lateral funiculus and dorsal columns on the right side in segment T1 will cause which of the following symptoms?
A. decreased 2-point discrimination on the left side T1 and below

D. athermia on the left side T3 and below
E. decreased joint position sense of the left leg

Spinothalamic Tract Lesion Only Will Be Cpontralateral Here. Oters Will Be Ipsilat.for Pain And Temp Usually Its One Or Two Seg Below.

this is because it decussates obliquely, not horizontally, otherwise it would be T1
