hard courses?

what are the courses students tend have trouble with? what are the easier courses? is there such a course where half of the students tend to fail or even a third of a class?

from what i can see that lots of people say that physio is toughest of all.what is the problem that making students to fail....is it the distractions in st. maarten. or just people arent studying hard?

thanks

Every semester is different. Take micro II for example. Last semsester everyone passed that class then they turned around and pretty much bombed the shelf exam. "Rumor" has it that 1/3 of the micro II class this semsester will fail so as to beef up the shelf scores. If you don't pass you can't take it. Good way to raise the scores. The methods being used to get people to fail are alittle shady though imo. Regardless, in the end it just costing the students more money.

The tough courses are the ones you have little background in. The easy courses are the ones you are familiar with.

I don't think we really bombed the shelf. It was my highest shelf score so far. I think it's just more rumors from current micro II class, which is probably stressed about the upcoming final.
