reallllyy from the south

I'm from way down south....Brasil to be specific. Actually I'm living in Indianapolis, Indiana...which is a bit further north. And being from Sao Paulo, Brasil...with more than 40 million in population...i believe you could call me a cityslicker.

Yeah, but we southerners don't claim ya'll. So pipe down, see?!

I heard a good one tonight, actually.... it's obvious God doesn't like Californians.... if he'd did, he'd have made them Southerners!

Gimme more Southerners any day of the week.....

Bringing Pets

We had some difficulty bringing our pets in September which someone coming in January might not. Because of temperature restrictions there are a lot of "technicalities". We had to talk to a lot of people just to get them here. Our pets flew AACargo and that experience was about as close to being a nightmare as it could possibly be. If you have a good hour sometime, I'll tell you all about it The treatment of our pets was excellent, but the treatment of the owners was the nightmare. My suggestion to you is when you talk to a reservation agent, get their name and where they are located. Right down exactly what they say. Probably even find a way to contact them directly if there are questions about the reservations. Hopefully when you come in January, your pets can fly with you. Contact the airlines and find out exactly what they require as far as shots, health certificates, labeling of the kennels, etc. St.Maarten requires a health certificate that is less than 10 days old and a current rabies shot which is over 30 days old. A friend of mine shipped her pets on USAir and when she arrived to ship them, they told her that the vaccinations were not valid (which they were). I don't mean to sound too scary, but come as prepared as possible maybe even print animal requirements off the airlines website. And last but not least...don't be afraid to ask to speak to a manager if you have to.
