Just left a party my best friend threw for me. I'm
sad. I'm going to miss all my family and friends when I leave.

Cut the umbilical cord!! :-)

to ease some of your concerns:

buy a webcam for your parents/SO's
buy a webcam for yourself
buy headphones with built in microphone for each of you as well

if don't already have MSN messenger, sign up now, then you can use the webcams to see each other, and the headphones/microphone to talk to each other and you don't need to spend any other money....the service is free.

have a good semester...it'll be over before you know it.

Remember though, if you break up with your SO, be sure to confiscate their harddrive and CDs if you use a webcam <ahem>
