Thread: Helpful travel resource

I was just looking at the posts regarding the weight restrictions on American Airlines, and on a somewhat related topic, thought I would pass along the contact info for a travel agent that was EXTREMELY helpful to me. Please forgive me if this is the main agent/company on the island, or if this is otherwise common knowledge. I came across this web site doing an internet search, and was fortunate enough to get this agent. Thought others might find him helpful too!

P.S. - My specific question for him was about travel options for a very large dog. I have to tell you, he was by far the best customer service rep I think I have ever spoken too - in any company! He went out of his way to look into ALL possible options (even options that did not involve his airline!), he was prompt, friendly, professional, and even had a good sense of humor. ... Maybe I've lived in big cities for too long - but I was really impressed. Anyway - hope this is helpful to some of you
