    Is it better to start in May vs Jan?

    We're having our 2nd child in June and I want to stick around as long as possible to help my wife.

    TERATOS once said that it was better to start in May with respect to being on time (not being rushed) for clinicals, residencies etc.

    i really liked the may semester as far as scheduling. i have eigt months to play with to schedule rotations, time off etc to spend with my kids. i took two months off during xmas and taking 3 in the summer....
