everyone knows SGU grads get a few better residency spots....but overall it all depends on your score and how well you impress the clinical people

I would disagree that SGU has better placements. AUC holds its own in the above comparisons. SGU does have a better forst time USMLE pass rate. They tend to take people with stats comparable to those in US schools. Recall that the most accurate predictor of success on the USMLE is success on the MCAT. G
