We used to have elephant and camel rides at Audobon Zoo here in New Orleans ....

was fun stuff.............

The only problem with elephants is every so often they go nuts and kill a bunch of people. G

I have been using blood samples from different species of animals for my thesis. I have been getting elephant blood from the Buffalo Zoo--- they are really cool over there. So in a few weeks they are going to let me hang out with one of the elephants who does her own paintings Its going to be so sweet because I love painting too! It will be cool to use pics I will take to defend my thesis. Elephants kick butt---- Especially when they can paint 8)

I like to visit them the day they get a bath!!! Other than that, they sometomes smell like poop -- and have a few flies hannging out back there....
