I always figured that the reason clinics have students over is so that they can tell the insurance company that they DID do a thorough ROS and can bill for it.

I will have to include the Britney drama into tomorrow's rotation. Something I can have in common with the old folks.

but i like their service compared to others...at least where i am. never had a dropped call yet

We still have residents come through the office and will still do some teaching at the hospital. We will not be doing "work rounds".

I never have the residents do anything for me. I do everything myself. I am paranoid. It takes less than a minute for me to do a full ROS, if the person is reasonably healthy. Even when I was an intern, I didn't torture my students, I did all my own "scut". Thye hung out with me, we talked about patients and stuff, but I did all the work. Then you know it is done the way you want it. G
