Thread: Porto Cupecoy Development

Can anybody living in Porto Cupecoy comment on the construction going on around there? I google mapped it and there seems to be a huge sandpit just to the north of the complex. If so, is it a bother?

The construction at Porto Cupecoy is complete, although we are completing the inside finishing work of the final residences. You can see actual images from the community on Porto Cupecoy's website.

For all of those students looking to rent in Porto Cupecoy, you should really rethink it! While the place looks beautiful on the outside, the fees that they assess on the owners, are incredibly high, which in turn get passed onto the renters! Save your money! Live elsewhere, unless you want to piss away your loan money to say you live in "Porto Cupecoy"

People piss away their money on all kinds of things in sxm. I don't see why pissing away money in PC is any worse than aquamarine, or cupecoy beach club, or rainbow or any other location. Some people value QOL more than others. For the same price as aquamarine or rainbow you get a lt of amenities, luxury and security, and if I had a family or price wasn't a concern to me I would def live there bc the place is nice. Why should anyone tell anyone else who to spend their money?
