If you've been putting in some time studying for comp/kaplan/Step, it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe glance through Bates to make sure you know what different physical diagnosis tests mean. Lots of "most common cause of" type things. If you haven't been studying this semester, it'll be tougher. I'd say probably FA and Bates can get you a fair score.
510 points It definitely wouldn't hurt. It's been a while since I took it, but from what I remember it was about knowing specific signs and symptoms of diseases and being able to differentiate between closely related disease processes.
