Thread: How long is solutions lease?

Does solutions only offer 1 year leases or shorter? I did call them but their not picking up the phone, plus my calling card is junk.

Minimum one year lease. If you can't find someone to take it over, you lose your whole deposit.

The initial lease is one year... but you can change that if you give them a 90 day advance notice - otherwise, you lose your deposit.

When your first year is up, they will ask you to sign another lease. This second lease can be for any length of time.

I managed to get a 4 month lease for my first semester with solutions (at aventura from May - August of this year)

after you sign the one year lease, they are usually OK with you extending it for the remainder of your time there.....just give plenty of notice
