Canadian Loans, and AUC designation on Master List
Hi all,
I've read somewhere that loans taken from the Canadian banks must have the school listed on the Master Designated List from CanLearn. In any case I checked up AUC's listing. Does anybody know why AUC is listed as a Technical/Vocational type of school? Ross is listed as private while Saba and SGU are both listed as Universities. Will this designation of AUC by the Canadian government hinder us in anyway? Thanks, |

I should have been more clear on my post - my apologies.
The fact that it is on the list means that Canadians can bring this list into banks and request for loans. (this has been confirmed multiple times so this statement is nothing new). The reason I asked about the "type" AUC falls under is Technical/Vocational. This sounds like Canada designates AUC as a college rather than a University. |
