Information about phone connections and cell phones.
What kind of phone plans do people usually get when they come to the island? Also, are there plans where it is cheap to call the US? Does anyone have a cell phone and what kind of plans are best to get for those? I guess I'm just concerned about how much each minute will cost especially if I want to call home or if my friends want to call me. So if anyone has ideas about land line or cell phone plans, please let me know.
