captain what type of lifting do you do. I lifted for power and explosion. now I lift for look cause I want to trim down a whole lot. I run close to 5 miles 4 days a week so anywhere for 18-22 miles a week. Everythign I lift i try to get 20-25 reps in each set. so what is your typical work out.

Harlem, NY. Yea I went to NCC to play ball after I got home sick at Alabama (3rd NYorker ever recruited) when I got to Nassau I was only like 230-235 and when Coach powers was finish I was like 285 but i got slower in the 40 went from 4.4 in H.S. to 4.7 in college. Doesn't seem like much but it makes a difference when chasing a RB or a TE. Yea the shorties there are that thing for real especially the ones in the summer ( you get all the ghetto birds during the fall). Had shorties lending me their BMW's and SUV's like just to hang out wit me. I was something like da man their. SGA treasurer; Defensive Co-Captain and vice pres of black student union. Almost went back to another D-1 program but the knock on me was my height. Other schools wanted me to trim down and play LB but I learned so much about being a DE the didn't want a tweener. Should have just went to Mich out of H.S. and just played safety and just took the scrutiny about my sat. The school questioned my SAT scores cause the first time I took it I took it with out studying and got a 700 out of 1600. then next time i took it i took a prep course offered at my school and I got a 1320 out of 1600. So they thought I cheated cause a black man is not suppose to make that high of jump in a score. (lol) but its all good my path is my path.
