This case just goes to show you the risks of having a relationship with a patient. You really leave yourself exposed.

.....the doc was done , as soon as he was caught on tape 'speaking about the rondevous' by the police....no wonder he pleaded 'no contest'....

But this is troubling...a president can have sex in the oval office and NOT lose his 'bar license'.........but a doc has sex and he loses his license....thats nuts!

Fine him or jail him...but after he pays his dues....let him resume his practice under probation.

I'm glad, let's maintain some principles in medicine. We don't want to sink to the level of lawyers....
