Then you wait patiently for what you want to start. That´s it. It´s up to the school to provide rotations in other places than CA, MI and NY. The few other spots are shotty at best.

I am sure that you didn't want to go to AUC, but you went b/c it gets results. I would go to the UK/Ireland to avoid problems with scarce clinicals.

It is only 1 year anyway. Not a big deal in the long run.

I have heard good things from collegues in the UK. It is supposed to be a great experience.
