Has anyone else wondered if the recent news 5th semester received about the NBME score requirement change which delays when some of the 5th semester students can apply to take the step, the news 4th semester students just received about not being able to match in 2010, and this lawsuit with Caritas, might possibly be interrelated?

I don't think they are getting sued. Like much of the stuff on valuemd, there are more than a few grains of salt mixed within the threads.
