Still haven't heard anything...
As far as I know, GPA conversion is the standard A=4.0, B+=3.5, B=3.0, C+=2.5, C=2.0, etc.
Do you get actual letter grades for classes or does your school just give a number? If thats the case, I would venture to guess that 90-100% = A, 80-89%=B, 70-79%=C, etc. But, I do not know for sure that AUC does it this way. Best bet would be to call MEAS and ask them, or run a search on this forum and see what you come up with. Hope this helps, and I'm hope I'm not too far off. Good luck!

i thought A- is a 3.7 and a B+ is a 3.3... (and so on)

See, I stand corrected. Always better to get that second opinion. I was just going off what my school did, and what my wife's current master's program does.

some schools are different though... i know of one school who doesn't give out pluses or minuses...

or some schools give pluses and minuses but they dont calculate it in the GPA....that would have been nice!

hey thanks for the input !
my school gives out percentages and grade letters using the scale:

A - 80+
B - 65-79
C - 50-65
F - below 50

wish AUC would publish this info would be very helpful ha ha...

i think they were talking about calculating GPAs...not a grading scale for assigning your grade in a class.

at auc below 69.4 is fail, 69.5-89.4 is pass and 89.5 and higher is honors
