FYI... Terra and Erich (1st semesters) live in Cote De Azur Marina and it is VERY nice! We'd love to live there, but $1600/month is as bit steep for our budget, although we have considered it... this is for a 2/2... they have a great view of the lagoon, and a really nice patio, along with a balcony from their bedroom (I think).

Let's not forget Parrot Jungle, where the monkey has frequent visits and tropical fruit is abundant!! (Ah yes, we have passion fruit, bananas, and papayas) Hey, for $1100/month + a banana a day for the monkey, I can't really complain... however, we might be thinking of moving to something a little smaller... if anyone is interested in living in the jungle
