Well, I actually think that where I live is spectacular...awesome view, w/d, very accomodating and involved landlord, only two years old! I've been told that this landlord was very strict in the ground prep/building codes etc...but we'll have to have rrod check it out and see if he approves (you haven't been by for dinner since we moved down here... up for more enchiladas?).

We live in Blue Lagoon, there are six apartments in this building down here right on the water (all students except one). It's beautiful, but some are discouraged by the nearly sixty steps leading down to the apartments (you should see our calves, ). There are usually two or three people in line for an apartment, and right now there are no solid openings...just one possibility (hint, hint to microphage....the one on the end might open up...I know his wife wants it)! I've been very happy here, so if something comes open you should snatch it quick. They are all one bdrm/one bath, furnished, two ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, two air co, $800/mo plus $100 toward utilities. One month rent plus one month deposit if you pay for semester in full. Otherwise it's one month rent plus two more for deposit if you pay month to month.

4-5 months

What do you mean four or five months?? All I know is that I've got three months left until this baby will show her face... then I'll be walking up that hill with two kids! Aaahhhhh, ....but hey, it's got a nice view, and a W/D...doesn't that make it worth it?

Yes, my wife wants to move out. I gotta admit, it will be hard to move when this is my backyard:

Acutally, March is almost half way done...only April and May are the only full months left...less than three months...yikes!! Don't worry about the hill, I go at a two year old pace ( I can only go as fast as J.D. goes). Besides, enough students live around here that if I went into labor someone would be there eager to deliver, right?

PS So when you coming for more enchiladas?? Or should I send them straight to the histo lab??

cupecoy beach club

This website will take you to cupecoy beach club listing of places to vacation in St. Maarten. You do need to keep in mind that this is a very nice VACATION model that they pictured. The model that you would rent for long term is going to have different furnishings, but the floor plan and cupboards will be the same (provided you rent something bigger than a studio....the one picutered is like the 2 bedrooms that we looked at). You also need to remember that cupecoy beach club, like other apartment complexes, have units that are owned by individuals so they will be decorated from very nice to okay.

We saw what the representative said was the worst unit on the property and it was still okay..but for the money I guess I would have taken Tradewinds over that particular unit.
