This is the Caribbean...half the fun is roughing it. At some hospital in the future a patient will be on his deathbed because he needs something ordered, but all the US grads are paralyzed because of a critical clipboard shortage. Its going to be my time to shine when I slap paper on the patient, fill out the order, and save the day!

imagine if the pen didn't work, and you had to scratch the pen tip on a hard surface...

Oh man, I didn't even think of what would happen if I had to use a pen... We are only trained in the use of a number two soft lead pencil in the basic sciences.

I think I will bring up the fact that AUC needs scantron machines that will more adequately prepare us for what we are going to see out there.

No they won't. If you ship from the states yourself, the local post office will send a notification to school which will be given to you. It is your responsibility to keep an eye out for your name on mail list. Once you obtain the notification you have to go to one of several post offices (depends which one recieves the package), pay 5$ to pick your books up and that's it.

forgo the local post office experience and use four star cargo for packages and mailbox for smaller stuff
