Sorry dude, no newcastle. I would know as I love that stuff too but it's no where to be found. Whenever I go home I buy a case of it and cry cause it's been so long. Beer is cheap here but little variety. Heiniken (sp), Carib (kinda like Corona but not as good), Presidente (eh), Corona, Red Stripe, and Grolsh are the main ones they have here. Budweiser is also around. Theres a place called Pegleg that has Guiness (the REAL kind) and Leffe (dark beer) as well as some other random ones. Get your fix of good beer before you come, I never drank anything that ended in "lite" but now I do just cause I get sick of all the others.

Stella is huge here. There are also other Belgian beers available. Guiness in bottles you can buy as well. Sam Adams is being sold but here its pricey Bekcs, both light and dark are available. And as I said before, german restaurant in simpson bay serves good german beer

yes, but my roommate has a mac and has told me stories...all I can say is don't expect the service to be American-quality. They "replaced his motherboard" 4 times and he ended up still having to have the computer replaced once he got back to the states

you are better off dealing with the mac service in the US. they can be a pain too......my battery failed and they wouldnt fedex me the new one. luckily i was headed back and had it shipped to me. i was disappointed cause they told me they would take care of it no matter where i was when i bought the warranty.
