In the dorms, laundry is $4 for a wash, $2 for a dry (you get a card in the Cafeteria). Some students head over to Solutions and wash their stuff there, because it's cheaper. There is also a lady who'll pick a load of laundry up from the guard shack and do a load for $7.

Some off-campus apartments have washers, etc. Some don't.

I really enjoy living in Cote Azur, I have a decent landlord, and great apartment. It is actually one of the nicer apartments I have ever lived in. I lived in Beacon Hill for a semester at lot #44, with the crazy landlady (who is long gone to Europe or whereever crazy people go when they have lots of resources). The house is now demolished and all that exists is an empty oceanfront lot where that residence once existed. It was a lovely place and nice to hear the waves crashing at night; however, it was a ten minute drive (30 minute walk) to school and you could not cross the golfcourse at night, due to the fact that it is dangerous to do that. I would still recommend dorms first semester, and then look for yourself to see what is tolerable for living conditions.
