if i was dismissed from a medical school for academic dishonesty, what are my chances of getting into a caribbean medical school? i know I screwed up (big time), but I can't change the mistake. All i can do is make sure it never happens again and focus on my future. I have a 29 mcat and 3.6 undergrad gpa.

Not to be mean, but it wouldn't really look good if AUC did accept you. However, you probably have a shot somewhere. Just apply widely.

not sure, but i would definitely give it a shot. Assuming you are truly certain you wouldnt be tempted again then its definitely worthwhile. You'll probably get a range of opinions but in all honest give it a shot

AUC has in the past accpted students who failed out of US schools. but the selection criteria has increased since then.

I say apply and find out.

but he didnt fail out of school. he was dismissed for other reasons.

Well, it's $50 to find out...

You probably have a good shot with those scores. Apply to AUC, Ross, Saba and SGU. Caribbean schools provide those of us with mistakes in our past a 2nd chance; so apply and see what happens.
