i'm very happy at auc. yes, if i went to a us med school, it might be better. however, luckily, auc gives people 2nd chances at being a doctor. i'm very thankful that they do.

Why is your GPA so low?

your mcat might be able to cover that lower than average gpa for auc. for ross and sgu, go ask their forum. i suggest you apply to auc and find out.

stand out? you have research experience, but do you have publication? that might help stand you out. how about LOR? any extremely shining ones?

Any particular reason that you capitalize the first letter of every word? Typically, that's done for the first word in a sentence.

Aside from that, I'd say that you probably have around a 50/50 shot for AUC/Ross/SGU. Your GPA is below average, but your MCAT is above. You'd probably have a better chance if you apply for the January or May class. I'd be pretty surprised if you didn't get in any of the schools for any semester. Definitely apply and find out.

as others have said, good mcat, low gpa. i would apply if i were you. i think you have a decent shot. if your grades show an upward trend or theres some legit reason for your gpa, i think you would have an even better chance.
