thats fine....sometimes getting that good LOR is whats important from a research experience. not everyone gets a publication. i did research for 2.5 and have no papers =/

there will definitely be other canadians in your class

2)Non-science 3.62
3)MCAT 27P

Four research lab experiences, one publication pending. A few awards and scholarships. Moderate amount hospital volunteer. Great LOR.

science is a little below avg... non-science is above avg... your mcat is also above avg.

i think you have a shot. apply and see.
