Good luck with the US apps! If you're ok with DO, I'd probably try that before the caribbean also. But, DO vs. MD is a personal decision. If, for some reason, the US doesn't work out, AUC is a good backup.

Question

just applied this week for sept 08 (nice and early!):
- GPA: not sure how AUC will calculate it but ~3.3
- 23Q
- 2 undergrad degrees
- varsity sports team all 4 years
- research experience

just like kemper said, middle of the road. your gpa is about average while your mcat is a little below avg. make sure you have good LOR to add to your research experience. any journal publishment on your research?

very much average, but if there aren't any problems in your app, you'll probably be fine. There are plenty people here with scores lower than yours.

nothing published... just lots of lab experience at school. pretty sure the LOR will be strong... wish i could read them though.. ha ha!

i think there are like 7 or so people in my class of 180 (used to be 180, anyway) that are from canada.
