I'm not sure... it is a possibility. Right now, there are only 61 people in our class... the smallest in a while.

Most people are really thankful to have a chance at med school - this will inspire them to work harder, despite the chip of a low MCAT that may be on their shoulders...

So, here's my stats.... It's kind of on the low, low side, but I would really love to become a MD...
Undergrad GPA ~2.3
Science GPA ~2.3
MUA pre-med 3.9
MCAT 23 R
Good letters of recs from profs and doctors.
Is there any chance that I might be accepted at AUC?

not sure if your mcat and gpa will balance out....both are low as you pointed out. not sure if the mua thing has any weight....why not apply to mua?

I just wanted to see if perhaps I can go somewhere with California approval since I'm from cali. But if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. Can't be too picky with stats like mine... haha. Thanks for the info! =)

Going off the MCAT and college GPA, I'd be tempted to say no. It's gonna depend on if AUC cares about MUA or not.

So I have a 2.8 GPA, with about a 2.9 science GPA.
I just got my MCAT scores from April and I scored 26M. I have volunteering experience and all that jazz, so what are my chances like??

you might have a shot....gpa is definitely below ave but mcat is slightly above so it might even out. good luck
