Canadian Student loans..

Hi guys..
I need some major help. Are there any Canadians out there who applied for loans? How are you guys financing your education? and where did u apply? what organizations? sorry about so many questions.. but im really confused rite now.. need HELP!!!!

Canadians should use the RBC Student Line of Credit. You get up to $150,000 CAD. To finance the remaining, see if you can talk to RBC about extending the credit, or you can apply for additional loans with CanHELP.

Don't forget to ask OSAP for some financial assistance.

but...

thanks for the reply sunster99... i asked royal bank.. but the interest rate for their line of credit is way too high.. prime +1... thats gonna be too high... ne other comments?

Yeah, save up and pay for your education out-of-pocket. You won't get too much better than that from any private lender.

If you want to goto medical school, then it won't matter.

Prime + 1% is the same interest as most of the 4th year/Resident loans...they know how to rip us off!!!
