Thread: Any teachers out there??

Not to say this will be the case when you're in SXM, but there were always a few spouses who were teachers when I was down there. I think it's very unfortunate that AUC stopped funding the school for kids of AUC students.

Was it that AUC stopped funding, or pulled the location because of internal problems? The Spouses Org fully funded AUC Kids as far as I knew.

AUC used to fund the school, paid for teachers, facility, etc. With the threat of AUC closing the school the parents banded together to keep the place running. Eventually the Spouse's Club took over, don't even get me started with all of these details, and before too long the school was no longer open. I don't know all of the details as to why it finally closed, since I was already off of the island.
