Once you get into clinical sciences, 'semesters' only matter in terms of financial aid and payment. You will get your financial aid on the same schedule as basic sciences students (meaning January, May, and Sept), and you will also pay those times.
Other than that, semesters are irrelevant. You'll pay full tuition 4 times, then 1/2 tuition the 5th time... then none, because you'll have paid for your 72 weeks of clinicals at that point.
