im not trying to make fun of you here but how did they know you were gay from jogging? what were you wearing? im really not trying to make fun of you im just really curious as to how people would notice that while someone is jogging

This isn't mean to be mean in any way. If the guy is who I think he is, if you saw him jogging you would know.

That is absolutely rediculous. The police didn't show up until after the scene had already been cleared (anyone surprised??!) never spoke with the victims, no victim statements or reports... Yet we are supposed to beleive they are doing their best, right? Whatever.
Why would a criminal NOT be emboldened to do whatever they want here, when they know they have hours to play with their victim until the cops bother to meander on over? This IS the friendly island. Criminal friendly, that is.

im gonna say it again. they cant have locals running the police force. they need to do it like how its done on the french side.

yea, we make fun of the french police there, but there is no corruption and they actually do their job.

one side of the island is run like a banana republic....... wanna guess which side?

Planet Out is a major gay website that covers news, travel issues, shopping, etc. It is like a one-stop for gay persons and theri straight friends.

this incident sucks, it just shows that what scot said is true. i think compared to the other caribbean islands sxm is gay friendly but that is like saying downtown stephenville, texas, is more liberal than downtown dawsonville, texas.


i don't think there is a 100% way to know someone is gay but there are semai univeral mannerisms even when jogging that make you think of it as a possibility like if a guy jogging matches the colors of the sneakers to the shorts, t shirt, and highlights you may consider it....also the flexed wrists jogging and arms flaling side to side maybe a clue

if its a woman jogging and she looks like she could bench press you, she maybe gay..then again benchpressing swimguy is not farfetched....

i don't mean to make light of this situation, i hope those idiots go to jail. it is usually the most homophobic that have the most tendencies and aren't strong enough to face themselves....
