Well I just came back from Sunset and have talked to several newbies which are planning on coming on thursday but because some still are internetless they can't RSVP. But they are coming so this will be happening so come on down and don't leave me hanging. Bonus: non newbies will also be there. Oh and the topless girl that was there tonight said she'd be there too.

I'll tell the newbies I know about it, but it IS New Year's Eve, so I wouldn't hold my breath. I might try to slide in for a beer or something, but you how New Year's can be, and we have plans, so I don't want to get roped into anything not on my schedule. lol

We have to be at the airport by 9 if the Lear is gonna make it to Rio for New Year's.

Hi, we are there! We are new to the island. Can anyone pick us up and give us a ride back? We don't have a car. We live in Pointe Piroutte in the back apartment #9. If not we will walk and meet you there.

I'm Flash's wife. Good to hear you guys would like to come! There is another carless newbie family who will need a ride, too...but they are still not sure if they are coming. BUT...there is room in several cars of people we know who are coming so one of us will be happy to pick you guys up! I will email you here shortly once I hear back from some people!

All of us poor people standed here on the mainland are soooooooo jealous!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to all who showed up tonight! It was good to meet some more newbies and non-newbies. I was afraid there would only be 5 of us there, so it was good to see all 30 or so faces.

A special thanks goes out to the non-newbies for graciously answering our questions, especially anencephalic, who stayed late before driving off in the legendary "go kart from hell"!
