None that I know of. You are more restricted by where and how you do your electives than the basic sciences school you attended. For example, you can't do core rotations (first set of clinicals) in PA, but so long as you have all of your rotations recorded the way PA wants them, you can practice there after graduation.
We are from Cali, and we will be fine to practice there and I have heard Ca is a tough one.

I always hear something about Texas (but that's for all Caribbean schools as well, not just AUC), but since I have no interest in practicing there, dunno..
