You could twist it saying that they're not really acting appropriately to the level of standards/conduct expected of AUC medical students. It all depends on how creatively you word the complaint and utilize the student handbook to prove your claim.

Having spoken with Dr. Y, she is not happy at all that such behavior is taking place. You may go privately to speak with the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. T. Possible venues of action will be direct communication with Solutions Management or the students themselves.

While blowing off steam is certainly understandable, the actions being done by a few is not even socially acceptable beyond high school or a drunken frat party.
