Thread: It's final!

I finally got my acceptance letter...A little late in the game, granted, but nonetheless. I'm going to be entering this January'06.

What's the word on housing? Does anyone know anything or need a roomate? I don't mind staying on campus for the first semester, I'm just curiouse about how this all works.

You should go with school housing, your first semester. It makes things easier in terms of financial aid, transportation, getting to meet people, etc. Antigua has plenty of independent housing options available, afterwards. They match you up with a roommate, I think.

hey im a newbie to the whole experience too. starting this jan... excited to me some people before classes start... im from michigan, flyin down on the 1st.

Congrats to all that got accepted and entering into the Jan. semester. I too will be joining in Jan. Have NO clue as to the housing and how that works. I'll be flying on the 1st, and hope everything goes smooth for all of us that have no clue how things work down there. By the way, is anyone taking books with them..cuz i know they reduced the weight limit from 70 lbs. to 50 lbs. Any heads up from anyone would be appreciated. See you all in the registration lines.
