Thread: SJB is back with LCME??

Hi people,

can anybody confirm that SJB was granted probation with LCME until Feb, 2012, and if they comply, they'll get LCME back?

Is that so, and where can I find the source of this info? I only overheard it.

There was a huge discussion of this problem here in Puerto Rico. There is still a court case pending and also the bankruptcy case of the hospital is still pending. Last week the hospital fired more than 200 employees. A new administration will take the hospital. In Puerto Rico is mentioned that the Menonita Hospital will be the new administrator of the hospital. It is very important to mention that the hospital that is in the same location of the medical school belongs to the Commonwealth of PR.

Wow, sounds like some serious turmoil.
