Thread: Macbook compatible on campus?

Will i run into any problems if i'm using a macbook as my main computer in Antigua? Is it compatible with any programs that i will use for school? I start Basic Sciences in Aug. Feel free to share any advice on this. Thanks everyone.

No problems at all in using a Mac on campus. I would recommend you purchase a voltage regulator, i.e., UPS, for added peace of mind. I've had many friends down here whose laptops were fried because a simple surge protector didn't cut it. Even though the apartments are wired for 110v, the voltage isn't "pure" and fluctuates widely.
