incase you guys didn't know...Dr. B doesn't make his pps, he takes them from the University of South Carolina
i really wouldn't recommend studying those slides for his quizzes. last sem, he lectured from them but took questions from and/or Dip's ppts or stuff he never taught. it was a huge fight last semester about him taking questions from things he never taught. i would suggest for you guys to pay attention to this. we had out second quiz thrown out because there were so many things on there that he didn't teach but still asked questions about. when Dr. D comes back, he's much more fair about this and will give you exam question hints during your lecture if you pay attention. just hang in there until then.

Study Dr. Ds slides for class. Supplement with lange review or BRS. Pay most attention to the pathobiology of each organism. Pay no attention to epidemiology, you can pretty much skip that part in his slides. Treatment is mostly pharm so you just need to know the basics. Also pay attention to lab diagnosis. Do the USMLE world questions 3 weeks before shelf. Hope this help. Pce
