For several weeks, I've been making less than glowing comments about the financial aid process. I'm down at AUA as we speak. Didn't affect my admissions status one iota. Whereas I might not like some of the processes at AUA, EVERYONE associated with the university has been most professional in the dealings I've had with them. I'm guessing it's all in one's approach.
