cool man. We're here at Armor Villas III now. It's a good spot. Registration went smooth for the most part. Looks like we'll all get to catch up for Orientation. I don't think we have any other real obligations until then unless I'm totally forgetting about something?

Overall, i've found that the loan process is all bull crap... I was told time afte time that "i'll be fine" but when I got down here I had no loan!!

is this true?? cuz i still have to apply for loan and coming in for may as well but for premed 4..did u do it through ed invest?

i went though CLC... I was approved through CLC but when i arrived at the island, they had no check. CLC had mailed it the day before. Because of this, AUA told me to apply for the full amount through ED Invest. So, if the Ed Invest goes through as well, I'll have over $30,000 in loans for this semester. I called the NYC office, they said they got the CLC check and mailed it down here. I've checked everyday but it's not here. Even if it does come, it's not helping me any. It's gonna go straight to tuition and fee's. So i'm still SOL as far as living expenses.

so i'll be coming to AUA tomorrow (retarded late - i know) as this was a last minute decision for me. I'm coming in as a 2nd semester and still don't have a place to stay or anything. If anybody could shoot some information my way, it would be greatly appreciated...
