Do you know if it has internet access or phone? Is the location downtown or what is it close to?

I don't have any idea if that house has internet access.
I think I will be going there as well. I will call admin office and ask them about that.
I want to find out how much a student, on a tight budget, usually spent on food there per semester. So far no answer!

Sounds good. The Moravian sounds like a safe place. Any idea where in St John's it is located?

Not at all. This will be my first tine in Antigua. I have been in other places in The West Indies and The Caribbean, but not in antigua.
By the way, I just started to pack my stuff because I was still uncertain about coming this May.

St. Jons is downtown antigua, it's where all the shops are and all the tourist come in. Too bad you can't mapquest it because the island is soo tiny it doesn't have a zip code. Dont' get scaired though. you get your mail at the school and postman knows where to bring it. From downtown St. Johns to the school is less than a 10 minute drive.

This too for me will be my 1st time to Antigua. I have been putting the things I plan to bring in a spare bedroom. I have not actually starting packing yet. Yesterday the transformers cams in the mail, so little by little everything is coming together. This is still a big move for me. Today is my last day of work. I am so excited to be moving on!!

Damn,
I forgot about buying a transformer.
Which one did you get and what regulated voltage?
I am still behind on a lot of stuff. I have a few books, and I need more and more. I need to get clippers to cut my own hair cause I am getting grayer faster. Don't laugh at least twice a week.

Hey you can get adapters ( I guess that's what your calling transformers ) at walmart for dirt cheap ) most electronic supplies can handle both 110 and 220 Vdc I know just about every laptop can, Mine goes all the way up to 240 vdc. They make them that way so you can travel to any country and still use it. The only thing I had to buy to accomidate the new volatage was my hair clippers. It went crazy with the 220 vdc so I got a new one. Everything else, Laptop, radio, cellphone, works fine.
