I know one girl on here said she had to clean her own bathroom when she first got there, but since I'm gonna have to clean my bathroom anyway or shall I say, I'm used to doing it, living at home and all, I don't see how Cortsland is bad. Is there something I'm missing here? Also, I figured that sure I'll still be taking the bus to school, but on days where the bus isn't running, or at times when I just want to go to the school and study, I don't have to be on the bus' schedule.

that is deff a plus. look, i don't want to completely bash Cortsland, but there are seriously much better housing choices. this is just my opinion, but coming to a foreign country, the LAST thing i want to worry about is my living conditions. i like to be able to cook if i need to, make breakfast in the morning, maybe sometimes relax on my couch or go out to my beach for a quick swim. these kinds of things you won't be getting out of Cortsland. the positives though, it's cheaper (i'm paying with loans so the money really isn't an issue) and the closeness to campus (which i probably wouldn't walk anyway).
i've had the opportunity to visit nearly all of the university's housing options. each option has it's perks, i still think trafalgar is the best but i have a biased opinion, but i can say that Cortsland is one of those that i would never live in.
