I was curious. I noticed that some of the other caribbean schools are publishing this info on their website and AUA does not.

It's not something we care about or track as far as I know.

Wouldn't students have a pretty good handle on AUA's demographics?

I think it would be useful to keep track of these stats. Not only that, but to keep running trends of the stats of "successful" students (gpa, mcats, university, extracur, gender, etc..) to judge who to accept. They could also be used as a selling point, like M:F ratio, ethnicity, religion. Most US schools, even high schools publish these stats.

have a question about opening an account on the island. I heard that in order to open an account in abib you need to get a letter from aua, which will be give to you on registration day. Was wondering if it is possible to get that letter earlier. I will be arrive on the island 2 days prior to registration so wanted to open an account as soon as I arrive and deposit those travellers cheques

FYI - AUA won't issue the letter to open a bank account until you have completed the Registration process.
