I'm a transfer student and was trying to apply for the Sallie Mae signature loan for AUA 5th semester, but in the drop-down menu on the Sallie Mae site I don't see AUA (I only see Kasturba). I tried contacting financial aid but they sent me an automated e-mail with directions that were not helpful. Can you please guide me how to get the Sallie Mae loan from the Sallie Mae website for AUA?

It's kind of odd. The school last semester said they are no longer working with Sallie Mae. But, last semester and this semester sallie mae said they are working with the school.

What you need to do is select Kasturba in the drop down menu. AUA isn't listed as yet, and that's it. Fill out all the other necessary forms and send them off. Then get to Antigua and collect your disbursement check.

I use Nellie mae - which is a sister of Sallie Mae.... you have to apply to kasturba becuase your money will partyl go there... call AUA and ask for the financial Aid Dept... Ask for B Cohen...she's great and will guide you
